Sarah is a Client Services Associate at Sterling Fox Financial Services, where she is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless experience for every client. A graduate of East Carolina University’s College of Business, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and brings a strong foundation in financial services, communication, and client support to her role. 

She enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and being someone they can count on for thoughtful, timely, and professional service. Sarah is known for her warm, empathetic approach and takes pride in helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout each interaction. Whether she is assisting with account servicing, coordinating communication, or supporting the advisory team behind the scenes, she values the trust that comes with working closely with clients and their families. 

Sarah is also highly organized and detail-oriented, qualities that help her provide consistent and attentive service each day. Before joining Sterling Fox Financial Services, she developed her leadership and relationship-building skills working in early childhood education, where she learned the importance of patience, communication, and creating a caring environment for others. That experience continues to shape the way she serves clients today. 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing golf and spending time with her two cats, who she adores. She also earned the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute and was active in several organizations during her time at East Carolina University, including Women in Business, the Financial Management Association, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
